WandaVision's Vision for the Future

Woah! That finale was a banger- for most people, but not for me because I'm a cynic. But it sets a precedent for the future of the MCU's Phase 4, which fans have speculated to be about the Scarlet Witch, Wanda Maximoff. So let's get going. Also, these are just my speculations.

What does Phase 4 mean for the MCU?

Well, we are getting the multiverse. A crucial factor of the comic book universe is going to play a part in most of the movies coming out in the recent future ranging from Spider-Man: No Way Home and Dr Strange: Multiverse of Madness.

In the comics, Wanda is a Nexus-Being able to manipulate probability which can alter the time stream. As a Nexus Being, she is a keystone of the multiverse as her existence ensures its coherence and stability. Well, not ensure but more like maintain.

These powers could work well in movies as they compliment the time travel laws of the universe. And with Wanda in a broken state (again), her pain will drive her to break through the multiverse somehow. Doctor Strange: Multiverse of Madness will probably deal with the repercussion of Wanda potential madness. And will, in turn, open gateways to other worlds and cause the issues faced by Spider-man in No Way Home.

Wandavision is the true beginning of Phase 4 as it sets up events and characters yet to come. The Openendedness of the characters is beneficial for future stories.

The secondary protagonist, The Vision, as a creation of Wanda's hex over Westview is no more but White Vision is still out there. With his memories back, he will be hunted by S,W.O.R.D. and others who value the synthezoid made of the rarest mineral on Earth, Vibranium. I am hoping for a Wonderman and Grimreaper storyline as I feel they are very crucial to his journey as a hero.

Then we have Marvel's new trio comprising Monica Rambeau, Darcy Lewis and Jimmy Woo who will go off in separate movies but I can't wait for their stories to continue. 

Photon will probably join up with Nick Fury aboard the Peak, the orbital space station. She will join up with her old friend, Carol Danvers, in the Captain Marvel sequel. The mid-credits scene kind of confirmed that.

The Darkhold is in the possession of Wanda which could help her get in contact with a certain demon called MEPHISTO! I know that theory led to nothing but what's life without a bit of hope.

Let's just say this isn't the end of Scarlet Witch. And Multiverse of Madness is an assurance of that. 

My little theory is she is living in the mountains of Wundagore where in the comics, she and her brother were experimented on by the High Evolutionary, Another probable location is the northern region of Sokovia where she will try to harness her newfound powers to bring her sons back and maybe discover more about her true parentage.  

Regardless, the future of the MCU is an exciting wait that hopefully won't disappoint.
